פרטי האירוע:

הטורניר יתקיים בימים שלישי-רביעי 30-31.3.201 חול המועד פסח בין השעות 09:00-17:00.

זהו אירוע הפריסבי המרכזי והגדול ביותר של השנה והזדמנות מצוינת להכיר את כל קבוצות האולטימייט בארץ ולהתחרות מולן.

ההרשמה לאירוע הינה אישית, אך נעשית כחלק מקבוצה. על כל שחקן האחריות האישית לדעת ולתאם עם קבוצתו את ההרשמה ואת הגעת הקבוצה לאירוע. אם אינכם חלק מקבוצה, אתם מוזמנים לפנות להתאחדות ואנו ננסה לחבר אתכם עם קבוצות שמחפשות שחקנים.

כל הקבוצות יישחקו בשני ימי האירוע

ביום הראשון (30/3) יתקיים שלב הבתים כשבסיומו תתבצע החלוקה לבית עליון ותחתון שתקבע את המשך המשחקים. ביום השני (31/3) יערכו משחקי הדירוג, רבעי הגמר, חצאי הגמר, המשחק לדירוג מקומות 3-4 ומשחק הגמר.

בכל יום תשחק כל קבוצה 3 משחקים.

 

שני ימי המשחקים יתקיימו בספורטק תל אביב דרום.  

כל המשחקים הם בקטגוריית MIXED המשלבת בקבוצות גברים ונשים כאחד

לו״ז מפורט הכולל סבבי משחקים יפורסם לקראת האירוע ולאחר סגירת ההרשמה. על מנהלי הקבוצות להגיע למגרש בשעה 08:00 על מנת לטפל בכל נושא הלוגיסטיקה וההרשמה טרום התחלת המשחקים.

בסיום היום השני יתקיים טקס הענקת הגביע. אנו צופים כי האירוע כולו יסתיים בשעה 17:00.

האירוע הינו אירוע רשמי המתואם ומאושר על ידי גורמים רבים, ביניהם משטרת ישראל, מגן דוד אדום, גני יהושע ועיריית תל אביב.

האירוע יתקיים בכפוף למגבלות משרד הבריאות והנחיות התו הסגול לאירועים במקומות פתוחים. כל השחקנים יתבקשו למלא הצהרת בריאות קורונה בבוקר שני ימי האירוע לפני ההגעה למגרש.

הרשמה ותשלום:

קפטן/אחראי הקבוצה יבצע את הרישום במרוכז עבור כל שחקני הקבוצה באמצעות טופס הרישום. יש לדאוג למלא את כל השדות בטופס עבור כל שחקני הקבוצה.

עקב הקורונה לא יידרש תשלום עבור רישום קבוצה ויהיה רק תשלום אישי שיבוצע יום/יומיים לפני האירוע או ביום האירוע עצמו מחשש של ביטול עקב שינוי במגבלות. 
התשלום עבור ההשתתפות הוא אישי ויעשה ע"י כל שחקן באופן עצמאי באמצעות הקישור הבא:
דמי הרשמה
עבור שחקנים שלא רכשו כרטיס שחקן לעונת 2020-2021- 120 ש"ח
עבור בעלי כרטיס שחקן בתוקף- 100 ש"ח
למעוניינים לשלם בפייפאל, יש לבצע את התשלום דרך אתר ההתאחדות ולבחור בבאפשרויות המשלוח באופציה "רישום לאירועים - לא רלוונטי בהזמנת ציוד"

קבוצות המעוניינות לבצע את התשלום במרוכז עבור כל השחקנים יוכלו לעשות זאת בפייבוקס

התשלום ביום הטורניר יהיה במזומן.

השחקנים הרשומים יקבלו ביום האירוע ערכת שחקן הכוללת חולצה ותיק לנעליים. אין התחייבות לחלק ערכת שחקן לשחקן שיגיע ללא רישום מוקדם.

​

במהלך האירוע יחולקו פירות וכיבוד קל. במגרש יש מתקני מים ושירותים צמודים. נא לדאוג להגיע עם בקבוק מים אישי!

 

במהלך האירוע תערך הגרלה נושאת פרסים לשחקנים שישתתפו באירוע. בין הפרסים יוגרלו גם 3 פרסים יקרי ערך מתנת חברת Xtra giftcard :

שובר "חופשי ישראלי קלאסיק" לבילוי לילה במגוון בתי מלון מפנקים 

שובר "חווית חלומית" המאפשר לילה במגוון צימרים/כניסה לאטרקציות/ספא

בנוסף יוגרלו דיסקים של ההתאחדות, מתלים לדיסקים (Disclips), שוברי כניסה ל-Skytown תל אביב, שוברי קפה ומאפה, שוברים לגלידה GOLDA ועוד.

Dear players!

We are happy to announce that the player registration for the Israeli Cup Tournament is now open!

The tournament will be held on Monday-Tuesday  05-06/10/20 on the week of Sukkot. This is the biggest Frisbee event of the year. A great opportunity to get to know all the Ultimate teams in the country and compete with them. Player registration is done individually, but all players must be part of a registered team. In case you are not part of a team but want to join one, message us and we will try to connect you with a team.

All teams will play on both days of the event

On the first day (30/3), the pool plays will take place, at the end of the day there will be a division into a upper and lower house will take place, which will determine the continuation of the games. On the second day (31/3) the ranking games, the quarterfinals, the semifinals, the game for ranking 3-4 places and the final game will be held. Each day each team will play 3 games.

Both days will be held at Sportech Tel Aviv South.

All games will be played in a mixed gender (adjusted rules).

​

A detailed schedule that includes rounds of games will be announced prior to the event and after registration closes. The team managers must arrive to the field at 08:00 in order to handle logistics issues and registration before the start of the games.

At the end of the second day, the trophy ceremony will take place. We anticipate that the event will end at 5 p.m.

.

The event is an official event that is coordinated and approved by many parties, including the Israel Police, Magen David Adom, Ganei Yehoshua and the Tel Aviv Municipality.

The event will take place subject to the restrictions of the Ministry of Health and the guidelines of the purple mark for events in open spaces. All players will be asked to fill out a Corona health declaration on the morning of the two days of the event before arriving to the field.

Registration and payment:

The team captain / responsible will do the registration for all team players.

Due to the Covid-19 no group registration payment will be required and there will only be a individual payment made a day / two days before the event or on the day of the event itself for fear of cancellation due to a change in restrictions.

Payment for participation is personal and will be made by each player independently using the following link:

Registration  fees - 

For players who have not purchased a player card for the 2020-2021 season - 120 ILS

For valid player card holders - 100 ILS

For those interested in paying with PayPal, the payment must be made through IFDA website and select the delivery options in the option "Registration for events - not relevant when ordering equipment"

Teams interested in making the payment in bulk for all players will be able to do so in Paybox .

Payment on the day of the tournament will be in cash.

Registered players will receive a player kit on the day of the event that includes a Jersey & a shoes bag. A player who will sign up late will not necessarily receive a tournament Jersey.

​

During the event, fruit and snack will be distributed. Toilets and water facilities will be available near the fields. Please bring a personal water bottle!

​

An award-winning raffle will be held during the event.

​

Teams are asked to arrive with two-color uniforms for all players.
